Justin & Jessica have this unbelievable chemistry between them.  You can just tell they are perfect for one another.  He’s a handsome and rough & tumble Marine (fyi:  No, he did not wear his uniform), and she’s a gentle fun-loving girl…together, they’re great.  Both my husband and I had the honor of being there for their special day.  They even managed to make me cry.  (in a good way)  They were surrounded by friends and family who absolutely adore them, and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful day.  (Of course being at the top of all of DC was a nice bonus, too..at one of my favorite places to shoot.)  This was our 2nd wedding we have shot at The Top Of The Town in Arlington…and we even have another one in a few months, as well!  🙂  Love this place!  The people are very friendly too.

It was a huge success, and both my husband and I had a wonderful time there!    It’s also a wonderful thing to be able to call our clients our friends, too!  They’re such wonderful people!  And I wish them all the happiness in the world!

The getting ready was amazing, too!  I got to use my new lens I just got a few weeks ago!  I’ve been sooo excited to use it!  (We got the Canon 50mm 1.4 lens, after years of wanting it!)

And then there were the MEN…  🙂

And then there was the ceremony which took place looking over all of DC!  😀  Beautiful place!  The Top Of The Town has got to be one of my favorite places to shoot!  🙂  Some of the most beautiful marriage vows I’ve ever heard.  🙂  Made ME tear up!

The wind was wonderful for our group photos, too!  (despite some crazy bride-losing-her-veil moments)  🙂  I think it actually made for some priceless photos.  🙂

What a great day for a wedding!  The clowds were a great contrast, the wedding party was tons of fun, the venue was great, the food was great, the after-party was great…well…Let’s say it was all great.  😉  We had a wonderful time just hanging out and capturing moments with our couple and their friends & family!

Yep.  I’m the preggo girl in between the beautiful bride & groom!  (This is 3 weeks before baby Abigail’s due-date, and I was GOING to shoot this wedding!  I had been looking forward to shooting Justin & Jessica’s wedding for months and months!  So she was GOING to stay put.  hehe  🙂
