Josh is in the Navy…Brittany is in the Air Force.  They are such a great couple, and their little boy Carson (Whom I had the absolute honor of doing his newborn photos) was sooo adorable, too!    I had such a wonderful time getting to know them, and had an absolute blast at their wedding, too!   I am proud to also call them my friends, too.  🙂

This is one of my favorite wedding venues, because you can overlook the Capital, there’s plenty of light coming in, and among other things, the ceilings are unique.  Granted, there are challenges to taking photos in a room of all glass windows…but it’s worth it!  🙂  –here’s the adventure part, too!  I had just had our daughter Abigail only 25 days before…so they were incredibly patient with me as I was still recovering from a c-section, and working!  But it was a wonderful night, and I think we got some amazing photos!

then the beautiful roof-top ceremony began!  🙂

And of course the fun part…the party time!  🙂

And of course, breaking out the special homemade moonshine straight from Kentucky to end the night!  WOO!
